    I got 7 of these, I think I might need to get more. The demand is so high for GOOD QUALITY SINGING! These ladies are the refreshing and reviving sound a Capella music has needed. They have such a similar timbre to their voices its almost too perfect for their harmonies and blend. If you listen carefully you will be able to hear the smiles on their face while they are singing. These girls are such a class act and great ambassadors to the style of music we all love and adore. Favorite Track? Foreign Lander.

    Timshel is such a good song it could be played on pop radio right now. Barbershop, pop, rock–it is all there.

    If you don’t give this CD 5 stars you are dead inside. LOL.

    My wife Stefanie`s “Book of Rational Quotations” includes a Chinese proverb which states, under the section titled “Beauty”, “When you have only two pennies left in the world, buy a loaf of bread with one and a lily with the other.” If I myself had THREE pennies left in the world, I would buy the tasty loaf of bread, the lily for my eyes, and GQ`s CD for my ears. Outside of Stefanie`s beauty, plus that of the three other aforementioned values, what other beauty do I need? When I heard GQ`s harmonies for the first time at their Birchmere appearance, their harmonic perfection literally sent those old tingles through my spinal column. What a rush! Well, here goes my third penny.

    I’ve gotten three albums to share with friends. These ladies do a fantastic job blending and fading their beautiful voices with each other. My favorite track is Plain Gold Ring, but Hot Knife is a close second. Buy this album!

    This album is perfection! They find new ways to amaze you with their sound on each track, but the most incredible thing is being able to hear the emotion and passion in their voices. GQ is the epitome of blend and tight harmonies, but they can wail and riff with the best of them. It also doesn’t hurt that they are the nicest gals out there. Every passenger in my car is required to listen to this CD and so should you. IF YOU HAVEN’T BOUGHT IT, BUY 5 WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

    I personally preordered this CD at Harmony Camp 2013 in Ohio after getting to see these amazing singers perform live. I am so impressed by their ability to make barbershop more current and exciting. Although I personally wish they performed a few more traditional barbershop songs, I really like their individuality. My favorite song on the album is Foreign Lander, though all of the songs are exceptional. I would recommend this CD to anyone, even if you are not a “barbershop fan.” These songs are much better and more enjoyable to listen to than most of the “garbage” that is currently played on the radio. Their quality is outstanding and surprising to some extent. I hope I will have the opportunity to see these ladies perform again in person because they are definitely amazing!

    This is an amazing CD. It’s the kind of CD that when you listen to it for the first time, you start thinking of all the other people you know who absolutely must hear it. I enjoyed the diverse mixture of excellent material. The arrangements and singing are stellar. The intonation is unbelievable. As amazing as the harmonies are, it’s incredible to listen to the four of them sing in unison. Seriously, how do they do that? Are they from some other planet?

    One of my friends posted this video and being a ” guy ” …I wanted to see the girls. OMG…When I heard then start to sing…I lost it. The hair on my arms wouldn’t lay down. The feeling each one gave to their part was awesome. Reminded me of after high school at night …we’d sing on the corners under the street lights. When I find a group this good…I stay with them. Let’s do this.

    These girls are unbelievable. I was fortunate enough to hear them live. If you can believe it their sound is even more fantastic live. They also have amazing stage presence. I’m so glad I bought this album. Most CDs will have a song or two you just feel like skipping but not this one. Great job mixing up the styles.
